He's not a common type of Matatopian, he's special because he had a body like a chameleon (it is believed that he had a connection with the alien, probably a crossbreed) so he's not a pure Matatopian. People in Matatopia assumed that he was a cursed child and drove him away, so he grew that anger and back to get revenge.
His ability is to duplicate the enemy's look perfectly with half of the enemy's power, using belt in his hip.
